Our Policies
At Alma Reiki Studio, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our clients with the following payment and cancellation policies: Clients can book appointments online or by calling 512-585-2634. Cash payments are accepted for in-studio sessions, and payment is required before the session begins—exact change is appreciated as we may not have change available. Clients paying in cash can request a receipt. First-time clients may need to pay a deposit online to secure their booking, while returning clients can confirm their appointments without a deposit if paying by cash. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will incur a 50% session fee charge, and no-shows or failure to notify will result in a full session fee charge. Refunds are not provided for cancellations, no-shows, or services already rendered, including cash payments. Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable.
